Troy has lots of creative talents which include landscape photography and creating things with his hands. You might even find him in his shop doing upholstery when he has time. Good luck with that. His fun-loving personality and passion for the Gospel will no doubt leave you in tears of laughter and joy. He has recently become a published author of a fiction work titled The Prairie Comrade.

Troy Gunderson is a twenty-eight-year veteran of YFC. He is excited to share the many stories and experiences he's had over the last 28 years of ministry. Troy was born and raised in Minot ND and attended YFC as a student. In fact, he even met his high school sweetheart, Sheri, at a YFC event. After college, he began his career in the upholstery trade as owner/operator for nine years. He also volunteered heavily with YFC until God called him into ministry with Minot YFC. He was later called to Jamestown in 1997 as Executive Director. Sheri and Troy have four children and 6 grandchildren.
