Thank you for your donations toward our Operation Christmas Child (OCC) shoeboxes that we put together at our Area High School and Thompson club. We had a blast packing 7 boxes that we are so excited to send to boys and girls around the world! Because of you we had a variety of items to choose from to pack our boxes. OCC is a part of the Samaritan’s Purse International Relief organization and exists to bless youth around the world on Christmas with an OCC Shoebox gift that provides for children’s needs. OCC says this,
“Every shoebox gift is an excellent resource for evangelism and discipleship, which leads to multiplication of new believers and churches around the world. Local Christians share the Gospel, inviting children to trust in Jesus. Then, boys and girls receive a surprise that may be their first gift ever. They hold in their hands a tangible expression of God’s love.”
