Important Details
When: Monday, April 3rd
Time: 4:15 – 8:45 pm (please arrive at 4:15 pm)
Where: The Alerus Center, GF (please go through door #5)
What to Bring: Participants will need to bring a hooded sweatshirt or hooded zip-up for the skit (we recommend that the hoodie has pockets if possible). Otherwise, they can dress dressy-casual or casual for the remainder of the time.
What Will Be Happening: We will do our final rehearsal, the teens will hopefully get to meet and take a picture with David Boudia, seat guests for the banquet, sit with banquet guests, eat dinner, hear from David Boudia, prepare for the skit, perform the skit, hear another teen’s testimony, and then depart for the night.
Why This is Important: This banquet is one of our annual fundraisers and is very important for the sustainability of YFC here. We want to include the teens as a part of the banquet as they are part of the heart of YFC. We are so thankful for your teens partaking in this evening with us! It’s going to be a lot of fun!
Please be sure that your teen(s) arrive at The Alerus at 4:15 pm with their hoodie. It’s so important to have everyone for our final rehearsal before the performance as well as for them to have their hoodies. They can walk through Entrance 5. Thank you again!
